Lincoln Drill Hall: For 11 years (from 2004 to 2015) I worked at this mixed use arts venue, initially as its first Manager, then, after the venue became an independent charity, as its first Director and then, for my final 2 years, as part-time Creative Director.  Sadly the venue lost its funding in 2020 and closed during the pandemic but has now reopened as a music venue  under the ownership of Lincoln College.
